摘要
以2007~2016年发表在核刊和CSSCI上且被引用40次以上的102篇有关上市公司高管薪酬文献为样本,分别从研究理论、研究内容、研究设计三个方面进行梳理和总结,对未来研究提出展望,以期为高管薪酬研究提供借鉴。
Executive compensation has a mature theoretical system. This paper chooses the 102 related literature published in the core journals and CSSCI from 2007 to 2016 and cited more than 40 times. Based on these samples, this paper sorts out and summarizes the research on executive compensation from three aspects: research theory, research content and research design. Finally, it puts forward the prospect of future research.
