摘要
当今新型职业农民的主体是新生代农民,信息时代要求这些新型职业农民具备互联网思维的同时还要掌握相关技能。但是,诸多挑战阻碍了中国在农业领域发展"互联网+教育"的进程。在中国农村地区,网络技术人才稀缺、缺少配套基础设施、尚未形成有效的信息服务市场化机制、缺少完善的网络信息平台等。因此,根据中国农村实际情况,新生代农民职业教育的需求,以及网络教育的优势及要求,各级政府应当发挥自身职能,推动网络教育政策创新、完善网络教育监管体制、建立健全网络教育多元化投入机制、加强农村网络基础设施建设。构建适宜的政策环境,为实现新生代农民"互联网+教育"提供新动能。
The main body of today’s professional farmers is the new generation peasants. The information age requires these farmers to have Internet thinking while mastering relevant skills. However, many challenges have hindered China’s development of "Internet + education" in the agricultural sector. In rural areas of China, network technology talents are scarce, while supporting infrastructures are in serious shortage. An effective information service marketization mechanism and a complete network information platform have not yet been formed. Therefore,governments at all levels should play their own functions, promote online education policy innovation, improve online education supervision system, establish and improve online education diversification and invest in the mechanism, and strengthen the construction of rural network infrastructure, according to the actual situation in rural China, the demand for vocational education of new generation farmers, and the advantages and requirements of online education. An appropriate policy environment will accelerate the development progress of the new generation farmers’"Internet + education."
