2017年中盐吉兰泰为降低电解电耗,同时提高产品碱质量,因此对一期电解槽进行膜极距改造,提高了碱产量的同时,相应增加了氯气量。在氯气压缩机其他条件不变的前提下改变叶轮形式,满足产能需求。
In 2017, CNSG Jilantai Chlor 一 Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. carried out zero-gap modification on the first phase electrolyzers. The modification reduced the power consumption in electrolysis and increased the production of alkali and chlorine. On the premise that other conditions of chlorine compressor remained unchanged, the impeller form of chlorine compressor was changed from closed impeller to semi-open impeller, and the number of blade was increased from 20 to 22. After the change, the production capacity requirement was satisfied.
