从墨菲定律在安全管理中得到的启示谈起,介绍液氯销售管理人员应如何从危化品物联网、生产、销售、运输等环节加强培训,提升智能化控制水平等方面加强液氯管控,实现液氯全过程安全管理。

Starting from the enlightenment of Murphy' s Law in safety management, this paper introduces what the managers of liquid chlorine sales should do to strengthen the management and control of liquid chlorine in order to realize the safety management on the whole process of liquid chlorine. The things that the managers should do were strengthen training in Internet of Things, production, sales and transportation related to hazardous chemicals.
