摘要
铝电解槽的电解质体系直接影响到工艺条件,由于氧化铝中杂质元素不断在电解槽中富集,电解质体系逐渐变得复杂化,特别是锂盐和钾盐含量升高较多,对电解槽的工艺条件控制造成了较大影响。在当前复杂电解质体系下,电解槽工艺条件如何控制才能获得良好的技术指标成为研究的重点。本文通过对某企业最近2年新启动电解槽工艺条件与能耗数据进行统计,详细分析了在复杂电解质体系下工艺条件与能耗之间的关系,提出了在当前复杂电解质体系下时工艺条件调控标准。
The electrolyte system of aluminium reduction cell directly affects the process conditions. As impurity elements in alumina are continuously enriched in the cell, the electrolyte system becomes increasingly complex, especially the lithium salt and potassium salt content increase more, which has greater impact on the control for process conditions of the cell. In the current complex electrolyte system, how to arrange the process conditions of aluminum reduction cell to obtain favorable technical indicators has become the focus of research. Based on statistics of process conditions and energy consumption data about the newly - started aluminum reduction cells of one smelter in the last two years, the relationship between process conditions and enei^y consumption in the complex electrolyte system is analyzed in detail, and the control standard of process conditions under the current complex electrolyte system is put forward.
