摘要
针对铝电解系列铝母线破坏的危险点进行分析,优化电解系列铝母线破坏后应急处置方法,介绍了"旁通式"、"桥接式"应急短路母线以及铝板导流片短路方式,介绍了突发情况导致电解槽受损的快速处置生产经验.
The dangerous point of aluminum busbar damage in the potline is analyzed and the emergency treatment method after the aluminum busbar damage is optimized in this paper. The "by - pass type" and ustraddle type" emergency short 一 circuit busbar as well as aluminum plate guide sheet short - circuit mode are introduced. Meanwhile, the rapid disposal production experience for the aluminum pot damage caused by accidents is also presented.
