B超引导定位穿剌微波消融与传统手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿

摘要 目的:探讨B超引导定位穿剌微波消融与传统手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿的效果。方法:将2015年12月至2017年12月在河南省人民医院甲状腺外科治疗的56例结节性甲状腺肿患者随机分为两组,各28例,对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用B超引导定位穿剌微波消融治疗,比较两组患者的各项手术指标、并发症发生率、消融后结节性甲状腺肿缩小情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者发热、出血、低钙抽搐、声音嘶哑、甲状腺激素替代治疗等发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);术后随访12个月,消融后结节性甲状腺肿逐渐缩小,至随访结束,缩小率可达84%。结论:B超引导定位穿剌微波消融治疗结节性甲状腺肿的效果更佳,创伤小,结节消除效果确切,安全性高,并发症发生率低。
