新型高仿真急救护理技能培训模式在心肺复苏中的应用

Application of the New High Simulation Training Model of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Skills

目的:探讨新型高仿真急救护理技能培训模式在心肺复苏的应用效果。方法:2016年9月至2017年11月,选取深圳市第二人民医院急诊科护士60名,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30名。对照组采用传统心肺复苏急救护理技能培训方法,观察组采用新型高仿真急救护理技能培训模式,比较两组护士培训前后理论与技能操作考核的分值情况及学员满意度。结果:经培训后,对照组护士理论考核分数(78.31±6.92)分,操作考核分数(81.94±4.36)分;观察组护士理论考核分数为(82.89±4.97)分,操作考核分数(85.82±3.97)分,观察组理论及操作成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组护士对培训模式的满意率也优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:新型高仿真急救护理技能培训模式在心肺复苏应用,高效、快捷,可明显提高急诊护士心肺复苏急救操作能力和业务水平。

Objective To observe and compare the traditional emergency nursing skills training methods and a new type of high simulation emergency nursing skills training model in nursing skills, and to evaluate the clinical nurses’ emergency response capabilities and professional and technical levels. Methods A total of 60 nursing staff at the emergency department of Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital. Sixty nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the random number table. Each group had 30 subjects. The control group received traditional emergency nursing skills training, Experimental group to implement high simulation emergency nursing skills training. Evaluation of the score of theory and skill operation examination before and after training. Results After training, the theoretical evaluation score of the control group(78.31 ± 6.92), the operational assessment score(81.94 ± 4.36) points;the theoretical assessment score of the observation group was(82.89 ± 4.97) points, the operational assessment score(85.82 ± 3.97) points, observation The group theory and operation scores were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The new high simulation emergency nursing skill training model can improve the emergency nursing ability and professional technical level of clinical nurses,which can be applied into clinical emergency department nationally.
