摘要
本研究基于踝关节重要性和脑卒中患者踝关节运动功能障碍及理论,探讨脑卒中患者踝关节的临床训练方式及其临床意义。采用镜像视觉反馈疗法、运动想象疗法,电刺激等方法,恢复脑卒中患者踝关节运动控制能力,改善和提高患者的步行能力及生活质量。基于患者踝关节运动障碍的起因是肌张力和关节姿态控制能力减弱,以及神经损伤等,目前临床上有多种训练方式。为了满足临床训练需求,课题组提出集成多种有效治疗手段,构建出对患者恢复更有帮助的智能康复机器人系统。
This study is based on the importance of ankle joint and ankle joint motor dysfunction and theory in stroke patients,and explores the clinical training methods and clinical significance of ankle joint in stroke patients. The use of mirror visual feedback therapy, motor imaging therapy, electrical stimulation and other methods to restore the ankle joint motion control ability of stroke patients, improve and improve the patient’s walking ability and quality of life. The cause of dyskinesia based on the patient’s ankle is the weakening of muscle tone and joint posture control, as well as nerve damage. Currently, there are many training methods in clinical practice. In order to meet the needs of clinical training, the research team proposed to integrate a variety of effective treatments to build an intelligent rehabilitation robot system that is more helpful for patient recovery.
