职业教育产教融合平台建设的现实诉求和推进策略

Realistic Appeal and Promotion Strategy of the Construction of Vocational Education and Platform of Integration of Production and Education

产教融合作为职业院校服务社会、参与社会经济活动的重要方式,是打通教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的重要手段。伴随着产教深度融合政策的出台,产教融合面临的主要问题不是资金及合作对象的匮乏,而是创设一个能够有效整合资源、实现利益共享的平台。产教融合平台作为应用型人才培养和职业教育社会服务的主要窗口,直接影响着职业院校的核心竞争力及服务国家、行业、区域经济的能力。当前产教融合平台建设尚处于探索阶段,困扰产教融合平台建设的问题亟待解决。为了促进产教融合平台建设的有序运行、健康发展,充分发挥其作用,在平台建设过程中,需要更新思维,寻求体制机制等方面的突破,加强战略研究,提高管理水平,按照“统筹规划、突出重点、优化配置、深化管理”的原则,充分发挥产教融合平台作为产学交互学习与协同创新“场”的作用。

The integration of production and education has become the overall institutional arrangement for national education reform and talent development.Deepening the integration of production and education will open up the education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.With the introduction of the deep integration policy of production and education,the main problem facing the integration of maternity education is not the lack of funds and cooperative objects,but a platform that can effectively integrate resources and realize benefit sharing.The platform of production and education integration is the main window for application-oriented personnel training and social services for vocational education,which directly affects the core competitiveness of vocational colleges and serves the national,industry and regional economic capabilities.This paper attempts to explore the current status of the construction of the industry-education integration platform and the main problems,and proposes a path to promote the construction of the integration platform of production and education.
