摘要
为解决箱梁施工应力与工程量监测不同步问题,基于BIM思维,采用VB开发了一个程序,模拟箱梁的施工过程。通过输入箱梁跨度、高度、截面尺寸以及工期与费用等参数,程序会自动计算出实时工程量以及工期与费用进度情况,并以图形展示出来,结果形象直观易于理解。同时应力监测模块可以实时监控上部桥跨施工过程中,在荷载作用下箱梁纵向剪力滞分布,以及各横截面的应力分布情况。通过与Midas计算结果对比,验证了结果的可靠性。
In order to solve the problem that the construction stress of box girder is out of sync with the project quantity monitoring, based on BIM thinking, a program which developed by VB to simulate the construction process of the box girder .The real-time quantities, project progress and cost schedule will be calculated automatically, when the parameters such as box girder span, height, section size and cost are inputted. These results will be shown in graphics which are intuitive and easy to understand .At the same time, the shear lag and cross-section stress distribution of box girder which caused by the load can be monitored during the construction of the bridge structure .The accuracy and reliability of this program are verified by comparing the results of calculation with those of Midas.
