基于AHP-RS的成人高校毕业生学位评审指标权重分析

The Index Weight Analysis for the Degree Evaluation of Adult College Graduates Based on AHP-RS

为了寻找成人高校毕业生学位评审主要指标,充分调研和分析了影响学位评审的诸多因素。针对目前普遍应用的层次分析(简称AHP)和粗糙集理论(RoughSets,简称RS)方法的优缺点,利用RS知识粒度概念,定义了决策系统属性重要度,作为权重采取两两比较生成客观判断矩阵,并与AHP主观判断矩阵结合集成组合判断矩阵。通过计算得到了组合权重并进行分析,找到了影响成人高校毕业生学位评审的主要指标,结果表明与学位评审的实际情况基本吻合。该方法科学、合理、有效,提高了学位评审的准确度,为建立成人高校毕业生学位评审指标体系提供了可行的理论依据。

In order to find the main indicators of the degree evaluation of adult college graduates ,Based on full research , we analyzed influence factors for the degree evaluation. For currently universal application methods advantages and disadvantage of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and rough sets theory (RS), it is defined for the importance of the decision-making system using RS knowledge granularity concept. We adopted a twice-by-two approach to generate objective judgment matrix taking importance as a weight. We combined AHP subjective judgment matrix with objective judgment matrix to form combination judgment matrix. And composite weight obtained by calculation and analysis. We found the key indicators affecting the degree evaluation of adult college graduates. The results show that it's basically consistent with the actual situation of degree evaluation. This method is scientific, reasonable and effective, and improved accuracy of degree evaluation. It provides a plausible theoretical basis to establish graduates system of the degree evaluation indicator for adult college.
