癫痫患者认知功能障碍影响因素的研究进展 被引量:17

Recent advances in influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in epilepsy patients

摘要 认知功能障碍是癫痫最常见和最严重的共患病之一,二者之间存在着共同的病理生理基础,反复的癫痫发作、间期异常放电可导致认知功能损伤,抗癫痫药物通过抑制大脑神经元的兴奋性影响认知功能。本文围绕癫痫潜在病因、反复的癫痫发作和间期异常放电、抗癫痫药物对癫痫患者认知功能的影响综述如下。 Cognitive impairment is one of the most common and serious comorbidities in epilepsy. There are common pathophysiological bases in cognitive dysfunction and epilepsy. Repeated seizures and interictal discharges can lead to cognitive dysfunction, and antiepileptic drugs affect cognitive function by inhibiting the excitability of neurons in the brain. This review will focus on the effect of potential causes of epilepsy, recurrent seizures and interictal discharges, and antiepileptic drugs on cognitive functions of epilepsy patients.
