摘要
为了使生产煤系针状焦的副产品沥青得到有效应用,对副产品沥青部分替代中温沥青生产改质沥青进行了反应釜试验研究,以确定改质沥青生产的混配比例和最佳工艺参数,并对应用前景进行了分析。结果表明,应用副产品沥青部分替代中温沥青生产改质沥青是可行的,且得到的改质沥青能够达到行业标准一级品的要求,降低了生产成本,减少了中温沥青用量,提高了软沥青产量。
In order to achieve efficient application of the by-product asphalt in preparing coal needle coke by coal series,the experimental study on the modified asphalt prepared by using some by-product asphalt in substitution for medium temperature asphalt in reaction kettle was carried out so that the mixture proportion and optimum technological parameters for preparing the modified asphalt could be determined.And then the applications of the modified asphalt in the future were analyzed.The analytical results showed that preparing the modified asphalt by using some by-product asphalt in substitution for medium temperature asphalt was feasible and the prepared modified asphalt could meet the requirements asked by quality specification on first-grade products formulated by industrial standard.And therefore the cost for preparing the asphalt was decreased and the quantity of consumption for medium temperature asphalt was also reduced while the quantity of producing soft asphalt was increased.
