摘要
采用在线温度测试技术对钢坯在推钢式加热炉内整个加热过程进行了测试,对钢坯的水印温差、同板温差、断面温差及炉气温度等方面进行了技术分析,有针对性的对加热炉的操作进行了调整,并优化了原有的加热制度,结果缩短了钢坯的在炉时间20min,降低加热炉能耗5.2%。
By using the on-line temperature measuring technology,the whole heating process for the billets in pusher reheating furnace was tested.Then these technological parameters such as differences in temperature in terms of the water marks of slabs,differences in temperature on the same slab,differences in temperature on the cross-sections of slabs and temperature of the furnace gas were analyzed technically.Based on the analytical results the operations of the reheating furnace were adjusted accordingly and the old reheating schedule was optimized.After that the reheating time was shortened by 20 minutes and the energy consumption by reheating furnace was reduced by 5.2%.
