XI Jin-ping focused on the historical trend of the transformation from ethnic history to world history,refined,integrated and innovated the advanced ideas of human beings in the past,and constructed a brand-new concept of international communication,the strategy of human destiny community,which scientifically answered the question of the era of “where is the world history going”. The community of human destiny contains four ideological logics,which are history and reality,theory and practice,domestic and international,reality and future.It contributes Chinese wisdom and China’s plan to world peace and human development,and has far-reaching historical significance.The community of human destiny has opened a new era of world history,provided historical opportunities for the realization of the great Chinese dream,contributed Chinese plans to global governance problems,and provided ideological guidance for human emancipation and free development.
