BRI and the Community of Human Destiny

“一带一路”倡议具有不同的理论层次,其不仅仅是经济一体化,更是超经济联合,由经济一体化到区域一体化,最后落脚于人类命运共同体。从某种层面来讲,“一带一路”倡议是一种推动全球化的新范式,以经济的基本诉求为起点,建立协调合作的新框架,向着整个人类不断进步的方向迈进;倡导无暴力、非对抗、经济居先、文化一体,着眼于双方乃至多方的合理诉求,为惠及最广大的民众而勇于探索。在“利益共享”“共同命运”及“责任共担”的三维一体基础之上,“一带一路”倡议将我国和世界的发展紧紧相连,视整个人类的和平与发展为本质的内在价值,不断突破樊笼,化解障碍,推进其内在价值的实现。

The BRI has different theoretical levels.It is not only a simple economic integration,but also a super-economic union.From economic integration to regional integration,it ends up in the community of human destiny.To some extent,it is more like a new paradigm to promote globalization.It takes the basic demands of the economy as the starting point to establish a new framework for coordination and cooperation and moves forward in the direction of the continuous progress of the whole mankind.There is no violence,no confrontation,the economy takes precedence and at the same time cultural integration.It focuses on the demands of both sides and even many aspects and has the courage to explore for the benefit of the most extensive public.On the basis of the three-dimensional integration of “benefit sharing”,“common destiny” and “shared responsibility”,the development of our country and the world are closely linked together.We regard the peace and development of the whole mankind as the intrinsic value,constantly break through barriers and promote the realization of its intrinsic value.At this time,it is beneficial for the development of our country and the world to discuss it again.
