摘要
曹元弼曾在南菁书院问学于黄以周,受黄氏父子以经为本、实事求是及汉宋兼采的治学方法影响,但又受其自身既有的宗汉宗郑思想,以及来自于前辈、家族、乡邦、时贤和晚清经世思想的影响,与黄氏父子之学又有很大不同。因而,曹元弼在以经为本,实事求是的治学方法之下,证成了坚守汉儒,尤其是郑玄家法的合理性。因此,曹氏的汉宋兼采,在学术上是以郑玄家法为核心的汉宋兼采,同时,在经世思想的影响下,还从经世致用的角度论述汉宋兼采。
Cao Yuan-bi learned from Huang Yi-zhou in Nanjing College,and was affected by Huang Shi-san and Huang Yi-zhou in their research methods,which were based on Confucian classics,seeking truth from facts,and adopting both Philology and Philosophy.Meanwhile,his research methods change a lot because of his own esteem of Philology and Zheng Xuan,as well as the statecraft academic rooted in the seniors,families,villagers,personages and the political situation of Late Qing Dynasty.These factors justified the rationality of his sticking to the laws of Han-dynasty scholars,especially Zheng Xuan.Therefore,Cao Yuan-bi adopted both Philology and Philosophy taking Zheng Xuan’s laws as the core.He also discussed the adoption of both Philology and Philosophy from a standpoint of statecraft.
