民族事务治理是公共事务治理领域的重要内容。在深化依法治国实践的大背景下,依法治理民族事务是法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体化建设的重要体现,对实现民族事务治理现代化的作用毋庸置疑。从法治视域研究民族事务治理,阐述民族事务治理的基本内涵,以实证研究客观分析影响民族事务治理的因素,可以发现破解民族事务治理困境之路在于构建多元主体协同共治格局、创新民族事务治理方式、优化民族事务治理环境。

Governing ethnic affairs is an important content in the field of public affairs governance.Under the background of comprehensively deepening the governance of the country by law in the new era,the implementation of governing ethnic affairs by law was an important manifestation of the integration of the Integration of Rule of Law Country,Rule of Law Government and Rule of Law Society.Its role in realizing the modernization of governing ethnic affairs has beyond all doubt.From the perspective of the rule of law,this paper have studied the governance of ethnic affairs by sorting out the key points of domestic academic research,expounding the basic connotation of the governance of ethnic affairs,and made an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the governance of ethnic affairs.Considering the way to solve the dilemma of governing ethnic affairs according to law lies in the constructing the pattern of multi-subject cooperation and co-governance、innovating the governance mode of ethnic affairs,and optimizing its governance environment.
