优质护理对急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者睡眠质量与住院时间的影响效果评价

Evaluation on the effect of quality nursing on seep quality and hospital stay in patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨优质护理对急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者的睡眠质量以及住院时间的影响效果。方法在2017年5月~2018年5月收治急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中,采用随机抽样法选取80例患者作为研究对象,将这80例急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者按照入院时间顺序均分为对照组、观察组,前者实施常规护理模式,后者给予优质护理服务,对比两组急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者的睡眠质量以及住院时间。结果观察组急性心肌梗死后心律失常应用优质护理服务后,患者的护理效果显著高于对照组,其睡眠质量评分明显要优于对照组患者,P<0.05。而且观察组患者实施优质护理后,住院时间明显低于对照组,数据比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者实施优质护理服务,可以降低心律失常发生率,并改善患者的睡眠质量,缩短患者的康复时间,应用价值十分明显,建议推广。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on sleep quality and hospital stay in patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Methods Among patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction who were admitted and treated from May 2017 to May 2018, 80 cases were selected as research objects by random sampling method. 80 patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the admission order. The control group was given routine nursing model while the observation group was given quality nursing service. Sleep quality and hospital stay of patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction were compared between two groups. Results After the application of quality nursing services in patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in the observation group, the nursing effect was significantly higher than that of the control group. The sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).And after the implementation of quality nursing in the observation group, hospital stay was significantly lower than that in the control group. All the data showed significant statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing service for patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction can reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, improve the sleep quality of patientsand shorten the recovery time of patients. It has significant application values and it is recommended to be promoted.
