抚触护理对小儿疝气腹横纹小切口手术后疼痛的影响观察

Observation on effect of touching nursing on the pain after abdominal transverse cleavage line small incision surgery for pediatric hernia

目的研究抚触护理对小儿疝气腹横纹小切口手术后疼痛的影响。方法将2016年1月~2017年6月我院48例腹股沟疝腹横纹小切口手术患儿随机分为研究组(在术后综合护理基础上进行抚触护理)和对照组(常规术后综合护理),比较两组患儿护理后疼痛评分和生命体征。结果护理后,两组患儿心理、呼吸频率、收缩压和FLACC评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且研究组降低幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患儿家属对信息支持、尊重支持、情感支持、护理支持满意度以及总体满意度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抚触护理可有效减轻小儿疝气手术后疼痛和因疼痛引起的应激反应,减少患儿痛苦,促进患儿康复,提高家属满意度。

Objective To study the effect of touching nursing on the pain after abdominal transverse cleavage line small incision surgery for pediatric hernia. Methods 48 children with inguinal hernia who underwentabdominal transverse cleavage line small incision surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into study group (touching nursing on the basis of postoperative comprehensive care) and control group (conventional postoperative comprehensive care). Pain score and vital signs after nursing of children in two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the psychological score, respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure and FLACC scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the reduction of the study group was greater (P < 0.05). There were significant differences ininformation support, respect for support, emotional support, satisfaction with nursing supportand overall satisfaction in family members of the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Touching nursing can effectively alleviate the pain after pediatric hernia surgeryand stress responsecaused by pain, reduce the pain of children, promote the recovery of children and improve the satisfaction of family members.
