Objective To study the effects of perioperative high-quality and reasonable diet nursing on surgical operation of children with congenital heart disease. Methods 80 children with congenital heart disease who underwent surgery in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing while the experimental group was given high?quality and reasonable diet nursing on basis of the control group. The cure rate, incidence of malnutrition and postoperative complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of cure rate, the total cure rate was 82.5%(33/40) in the experimental group and 57.5%(23/40) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and malnutrition of the experimental group were respectively 10.00% and 5.00%,lower than 35% and 20% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative high-quality and reasonable diet nursing can significantly improve the physical fitness, resistance and cure rate of children, reduce postoperative malnutrition and complications and optimize the quality of life of children. It is worthy of publicity and promotion.
