结膜移植联合逆行切除治疗初发翼状胬肉的疗效

Curative effect of conjunctival transplantation combined with retrograde excision in the treatment of incipient pterygium

目的观察结膜移植联合逆行切除方案治疗初发翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法将自2014年9月~2016年9月到我院治疗并被临床确诊为初发翼状胬肉的患者60例纳入到本次实验中,采用随机分组法分为两组,其中一组患者采用单纯胬肉切除术,作为对照组(30例);另外一组患者则采用结膜移植联合逆行切除治疗方案,作为实验组(30例),比较两组患者治疗情况。结果实验组患者角膜上皮修复所用时间要短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组痊愈率93.3%与对照组痊愈率66.7%比较、实验组复发率6.7%与对照组复发率26.7%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用结膜移植联合逆行切除的方案治疗初发翼状胬肉疗效确切,可有效控制术后复发。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of conjunctival transplantation combined with retrograde excision in the treatment of incipient pterygium. Methods 60 patients who were clinically diagnosed with incipient pterygium and treated in our hospital form September 2014 to September 2016 were included in this study. According to random grouping software,they were divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were given pterygium excision while 30 patients in the experimental group were given conjunctival transplantation combined with retrograde excision as treatment regime.The treatment of the two groups was compared. Results The time of corneal epithelial repair in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The cure rates of the experimental group and the control group were respectively 93.3% and 66.7%.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 6.7% and that of the control group was 26.7%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The conjunctival transplantation combined with retrograde excision in the treatment of incipient pterygium has accurate curative effects. It can effectively control the postoperative recurrence.
