输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术在肾结石治疗中的应用

Application of flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi

目的观察输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的疗效。方法选择我院在2016年8月~2018年8月收治的340例肾结石患者,按照治疗方式不同将其分成观察组与对照组,各170例,观察组行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术,对照组行经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组术后结石清除率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显少于对照组,另外术后生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石可以获得令人满意的治疗效果,安全性较高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect offlexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods 340 patients with renal calculi who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 170 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy and the control group was treated with percutaneous nephroscopeholmium laser lithotripsy. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The removal rate of calculi after operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group.In addition,postoperative quality of life was significantly better than that in the control group.There were significant differences in data between two groups,(P < 0.05). Conclusion The flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi can obtain satisfactory curative effect and it is safe,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
