高层十字柱制作工艺研究及应用

作为高层钢结构中重要的受力构件,十字型钢柱质量要求较高。相比较H型钢柱,十字型钢柱结构复杂、板材多以低碳合金钢中厚板为主;制造过程中工序较多、焊缝质量、焊接变形不易控制。为确保产品的质量,根据十字柱的技术要求、质量标准、结构形式等特点,从工艺性、工艺流程、工艺关键点及其控制、生产效率方面出发研究了十字柱的制作工艺。通过验证,焊缝质量、焊接变形、生产进度均达到了要求,得到了用户的好评。在制造工艺、产品质量、效率方面积累了一定经验。

As an important structural member in high-rise steel structure, cross section steel column has higher quality requirements.Compared with H-shaped steel column, cross-shaped steel column has complex structure and low-alloy steel plate is the main plate.There are many manufacturing processes, welding quality and welding deformation are difficult to control. In order to ensure the quality of products, according to the technical requirements, quality standards, structural forms and other characteristics of the cross column,the manufacturing process of the cross column was studied from the aspects of workmanship, process flow, key points of the process and their control, production efficiency. Through verification, the quality of weld, welding deformation, production schedule have met the requirements, has been praised by users. Some experience has been accumulated in manufacturing process, product quality and efficiency.
