简要地陈述了对意大利Matera地区古建筑保护方法研究对中国古建保护方面所起到的积极作用,描述了Matera地区的地理、历史、文化概况,基于Matera区域古建筑的保护方法进行了五个方面的分析,这五个方面分别为:区域发展的定性和定位、法律法规以及相关政策的制定、赋予古建筑现代化功能、完善相关的市政设施、扩大历史文化影响。

This paper briefly states the study on the protection methods of historic buildings in Matera of Italy,which have positive effects on the protection of ancient buildings in China,describes the geographical,historical and cultural profiles of the area Matera. Bases on the protection methods of historic buildings in Matera,analyses five important aspects,which are: defining and positioning of regional development,the formulation of the regulations and relevant policies,giving the historic buildings modern functions,improving the municipal facilities,expanding the influence of history and culture.
