乡村振兴战略,是解决好中国特色社会主义新时代"三农"问题的重大战略,也是解决新时代社会主要矛盾的重大举措。缩小城乡发展差距、工农发展差距和区域发展差距,是解决发展不平衡不充分的方向之一。以太原市乡村振兴和城乡融合发展为研究方向,力求实现我市城市和乡村地区的"双重转型升级",逐步、分阶段实现城市和乡村地区的均等发展,塑造"有差异、无差距,可流动、无障碍"的城乡关系。

The strategy of rural revitalization is a major strategy to solve the problem of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is also a major measure to solve the major social contradictions in the new era. Narrowing the gap between urban and rural development,between workers and peasants,and between regions is one of the directions for addressing the imbalance and inadequacy of development. This paper takes the rural revitalization and the integration of urban and rural areas as the research direction,and strives to realize the"dual transformation and upgrading"of urban and rural areas in Taiyuan,gradually and in stages to realize the equal development of urban and rural areas,and to shape there are differences and no gaps,urban and rural relations that can be mobile and barrier-free.
