摘要
介绍了建筑机电安装工程和BIM技术的概念和特点,探讨了当前BIM技术在建筑机电安装行业中的应用,包括三维可视化模型的建立、基于BIM技术的管线碰撞检查、设备安装现场管理和运行维护阶段的管理,对BIM技术在建筑机电安装行业的发展前景做出预测,指出BIM技术在建筑机电安装领域的应用,必将带来一次新的技术革命。
The article introduces the concept and feature of electromechanical equipment installation in construction area,points out the application of BIM technology prominently in this area,which includes 3D graphic model building,interference check of pipeline,construction site and operation & maintenance management,and also forecasts the development prospect of BIM technology in electromechanical equipment installation in construction area. The development of BIM technology will bring technological revolution once again in this area.
