路基上合成轨枕有砟轨道动力学特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于有限单元法与多体动力学理论,根据合成轨枕在有砟轨道上实际应用情况建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型,对时速200 km/h工况下路基上合成轨枕有砟轨道结构进行动力学计算分析,重点研究合成轨枕密度变化对轨道结构力学特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:当合成轨枕密度增大时,钢轨的垂向位移变化不明显,垂向加速度显著增大;合成轨枕的垂向位移变化较小,垂向加速度减小;车体的垂向加速度增大,横向加速度减小;脱轨系数和轮重减载率显著减小。 In this paper,according to the practical application of synthetic sleepers on ballasted track,a dynamics simulation model of vehicletrack coupling system was built based on the finite element method and multibody dynamics theory. The dynamic response analysis of train operating on ballasted track structure with synthetic sleepers at 200 kilometers per hour was carried out. The results show that,when the density of synthetic sleeper increased,the vertical displacement of steel rail changed slightly,and the vertical acceleration of steel rail increased quickly;the vertical displacement of synthetic sleepers changed slightly,and the vertical acceleration of synthetic sleepers decreased quickly;the vertical displacement of vehicle body increased,while the lateral acceleration of vehicle body decreased;the derailment coefficient and the rate of wheel load reduction decrease significantly.
