On compilation for special safety construction scheme for division projects with hazards

伴随城中村改造及市政工程建设在某地区的快速发展,施工过程中危险性较大的分部分项工程的安全管理问题愈发突出,其施工指导性技术文件即专项施工方案的编制成为重点。结合实际工作中发现的专项方案编制问题进行探讨,对专项方案与一般施工方案的异同、编制要点进行总结分析,以期对相关单位编制类似方案等技术文件提供参考及建议。

With the rapid development of urban village reconstruction and municipal engineering construction in this region,the safety management problem of the dangerous sub-project becomes more and more prominent in the construction process,and the compilation of the construction guidance technical document,namely the special construction plan,becomes the focus. This paper combined with the author in the actual work of the special program found in the preparation of the problem to discuss the similarities and differences between the special program and the general construction program,the compilation of the main points of summary and analysis,in order to prepare similar programs for the relevant units and other technical documents to provide reference and suggestions.
