摘要
通过对地下综合管廊工程PPP项目特征进行分析,结合企业自身条件分析PPP项目核心要点,厘清项目风险点和盈利点,综合分析,择优选择项目,从而提升投标决策质量。
Through the analysis of the characteristics of PPP project of underground comprehensive pipeline gallery project,combined with the enterprise’s own conditions,the core points of PPP project are analyzed,the project risk points and profit points are clarified,comprehensive analysis is made,and the project selection is optimized,so as to improve the quality of bidding decision.
