摘要
胶凝砂砾石材料(Cement Sand and Gravel,CSG)是介于天然砂砾石料和混凝土之间的一种新型坝体材料。为了研究在冻融循环作用下CSG材料相对粒径和单位水泥含量对CSG材料的抗冻性能的影响,通过改变CSG材料的相对粒径和单位水泥含量,对CSG材料抗冻性能进行试验。试验结果显示:随着单位水泥含量从40 kg/m^3增加到100 kg/m^3过程中,单位水泥含量越高,质量损失越少,相对动弹性模量增加越高。CSG材料的最大粒径从20 mm到80 mm变化过程中,最大粒径为40 mm时自振频率降低程度最小,CSG材料最大粒径为80 mm以及单位水泥含量在80 kg/m^3~100 kg/m^3时,CSG材料的耐久性能最好。
Cement Sand and Gravel( CSG) is a new type of dam material between natural gravel and concrete. In order to study the effect of relative particle size and unit cement content of CSG on the frost resistance of CSG materials under freeze-thaw cycles,testing the frost resistance of CSG materials by changing the relative particle size and unit cement content of CSG materials. The test results show: As the unit cement content increases from 40 kg/m^3 to 100 kg/m^3,the higher the unit cement content,the less the mass loss and the higher the relative dynamic modulus.When the maximum particle size of CSG material is changed from 20 mm to 80 mm,the maximum reduction of natural frequency is 40 mm when the maximum particle size is 40 mm,and the maximum particle size of CSG material is 80 mm and the unit cement content is 80 kg/m^3 to100 kg/m^3. CSG materials have the best durability.
