摘要
汽轮发电机组是精密度很高的动力机器,所以对其基础有很严格的振动要求,从工程实际出发,根据汽轮发电机组框架式基础的受力特点,对其基础设计进行了较全面的动力分析和总结,并以某工程中的汽轮发电机组框架式基础设计为例,采用STAAD通用计算软件进行基础的动力计算,给出了详细的设计过程,为动力基础的设计提供了参考。
The steam turbogenerator set is a kind of dynamic machine with higher accuracy,which has strict vibration demands for its foundation.Starting from the practice,according to the stressing features of frame foundation of steam turbogenerator set,the paper carries out comprehensive dynamic analysis and summary for its foundation design. Taking the frame foundation design of steam turbogenerator set in the project,it carries out fundamental dynamic calculation by applying common STAAD calculation software,and shows specific design process,which has provided some guidance for the dynamic foundation design.
