铁路客运专线铺轨基地接轨方案研究

摘要 为了选出最经济合理的铺轨基地方案,通过沪昆客专贵州段、沪昆客专云南段、京张高铁、赣深客专江西段等铁路项目铺轨基地接轨方案的比选和研究,用案例分析的方法,介绍了困难条件下铺轨基地接轨方案优化的基本思路和做法。指出只有准确把握铺轨基地的用途及其作为临时工程的特点,详细调查现场,深入研究规范,合理选取铺轨基地铁路岔线的曲线半径、坡度、坡段长度、竖曲线半径等设计参数,合理选用路基、桥涵、隧道等工程措施,辅以其他安全技术,才可防止遗漏掉有价值的方案。建议在特殊的困难条件下,大临和过渡工程的技术标准和设计参数不应教条地套用规范的条文,建设、设计、施工以及既有线管理单位应共同参与方案的全过程优化。 To select the most economical and reasonable tracklaying base scheme,through the comparison and study of railway tracklaying base connection schemes such as Guizhou section of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway,Yunnan Section of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway,Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-speed Railway,Jiangxi Section of Ganzhou-Shenzhen Dedicated Passenger Railway,the basic thoughts and practices to optimize tracklaying base connection scheme under difficult conditions are introduced with the case analysis method. Conclusions: we shall accurately know about the purpose of tracklaying base and its characteristics as temporary works,investigate the site in detail,deeply study specifications,reasonably select the curve radius,slope,slope length,vertical curve radius,and other design parameters of railway sidings of the tracklaying base,reasonably adopt the measures of subgrade,bridge and culvert,tunnel,and other works,with the assistance of other safety technologies,to prevent the omission of valuable schemes. Recommendations: under special difficult conditions,for the technical standards and design parameters of major temporary and transition works,we shall not follow the provisions of specifications invariably. Construction,design,construction and existing railway management units shall participate in the whole process optimization of the scheme.
