摘要
近年来,我国市域铁路和市域快速轨道交通工程日益发展,逐渐增多。市域铁路和快轨交通工程的主要特点是设计速度较高,一般为140 km/h^160 km/h,比传统地铁100 km/h的设计速度要高出不少。结合青岛~平度轨道交通工程实际工况,对扣件的设计参数、结构选型、经济性进行了方案研究和比选,论述了时速160 km下扣件的设计特点和设计注意事项,提出了扣件推荐方案和合理化建议,市域铁路扣件设计时可对照参考使用。
In recent years,China’s city railway and rail rapid transit projects are growing and increasing. The main characteristics of city railway and rail rapid transit engineering are that the design speed is higher,generally 140 km/h ~ 160 km/h,which is much higher than that of traditional subway 100 km/h. Based on the actual working conditions of Qingdao-Pingdu rail transit project,the design parameters,structure selection and economy of fasteners are studied and compared in this paper. The design features and design considerations of fasteners at 160 km/h are discussed. Recommended schemes and rationalization suggestions for fasteners are put forward,which can be used for reference in the design of urban railway fasteners.
