摘要
在粘土地层中进行土压平衡盾构施工易造成掘进效率低、设备损害大,甚至刀盘结泥饼等问题。结合无锡地铁3号线旺庄路站-黄山路站区间穿越全断面粘土层盾构施工案例,提出了盾构在粘土地层中掘进采取的渣土改良技术措施与盾构推进参数,为今后类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
The construction of Earth Pressure Balance Shield( EPBS) in clay layer is prone to cause low tunneling efficiency,great damage to the machine,or even mud cake on the cutter head. This paper studied the case of the shield construction in clay layer across the full section between Wangzhuang Road station and Huangshan Road station of the Wuxi Metro Line 3,and put forward the technical measures for residue improvement and the propulsion parameters of shield tunneling in clay layer,and provide reference for similar projects in the future.
