摘要
贫困生的资助与帮扶工作一直是各高等院校非常重视的一项常规工作.如何做好贫困生的认定、评选、监督管理,以及如何做好资助前后对贫困生的育人工作都是各高等院校一直在探索和研究的问题.为构建结构优良的资助育人体系,使资助成为真正贫困生完成学业、成就自我的物质保障,让资助切实发挥育人功效,强化学生的自立与自强意识、责任与诚信意识以及感恩意识,在工作实践中我们探索并实施"摆渡人计划"—从FPA三个维度出发展开贫困生的资助育人工作,即经济资助(Financial Support)-"经济摆渡人"、精神资助(Psychological Assistance,亦称心理资助)-"心灵摆渡人"、学业资助(Academic Aid)-"学业摆渡人",从而形成发展性资助育人体系.
The funding and assistance work of poor students has always been a routine work that colleges and universities at-tach great importance to. How to do well the identification, selection, supervision and management of poor students, and how to do well in the education of poor students before and after funding are all problems that universities and colleges have been exploring and researching. In order to build a well-structured and subsidized education system, the subsidy will become a ma-terial guarantee for the real poor students to complete their studies and achieve self-achievement, so that the funds can effec-tively play the role of educating people, strengthen students' self-reliance and self-reliance, responsibility and integrity, and gratitude. In our work practice, we explore and implement the "Ferry Program" starting from the three dimensions of FPA, the financial support for the poor, namely,"Financial Support""Economic Ferry" and Psychological Assistance (Psychological Assistance). Psychological funding)-"Psychic ferry", academic aid (Academic Aid)-"study ferry", thusforming a developmental funding system.
