基于江西省423份科研人员问卷调查数据,从政策支持环境、经济金融环境、社会文化环境和教育培训环境等角度出发,分析了创业环境对科研人员创业的影响,提出建立科研人员创业分类评价指标体系,重视科研成果产业化工作,并从政策、经济金融、创业文化以及教育培训等多个角度对创业环境进行改善,减少科研人员创业过程中的阻碍.

Based on 423 questionnaires of scientific researchers in Jiangxi Province, from the perspectives of policy support environment, economic and financial environment, social and cultural environment and education and training environment, this paper analyses the impact of entrepreneurship environment on the entrepreneurship of scientific researchers, puts forward the establishment of an evaluation index system for the classification of entrepreneurship of scientific researchers, attaches im-portance to the industrialization of scientific research achievements, and from the perspectives of policy, economy, finance and entrepreneurship culture And education and training and other angles to improve the entrepreneurial environment, reduce the obstacles in the process of scientific research personnel entrepreneurship.
