摘要
大学生综合素质是全社会关注的焦点.但是现行的大学生综合素质评价指标体系存在问题,本文基于已有理论成果和客观现实,提出"3+11+N"的评价指标体系,希望在一定程度上弥补大学生综合素质评价体系的不足,对高校提升大学生综合素质,培养全面发展的综合性人才有所贡献.大学生综合素质评价指标体系的构建还亟需深入研究.
The comprehensive quality of college students is the focus of attention of the whole society. However, there are some problems in the current evaluation index system of college students' comprehensive quality. Based on the existing theoretical results and objective reality, this paper puts forward the evaluation index system of "3+11+N", hoping to make up for the deficiencies of the evaluation system of College Students' comprehensive quality to a certain extent, and contribute to the promotion of College Students' comprehensive quality and the cultivation of comprehensive talents in an all-round way. The construction of the evaluation index system of college students' comprehensive quality needs further study.
