摘要
为更好提高食品化学课程教学质量和效果,本文根据国内外食品化学课程考核现状分析,结合本课程以往教学模式和方法改革经验,提出食品化学课程考核改革的必要性以及多元分次综合测评考核方式的优点,探索食品化学课程考核改革方式及其在食品化学教学中的应用,为培养高质量的食品科学与工程专业创新性人才提供参考.
In order to better improve the teaching quality and effect of food chemistry course, this paper, based on the analysis of the current situation of food chemistry course assessment at home and abroad, combined with the experience of previous teaching mode and method reform of this course, puts forward the necessity of the reform of food chemistry course assessment and the advantages of multi-grade comprehensive assessment, explores the reform mode of food chemistry course assessment and its application in food chemistry teaching. The application can provide reference for training innovative talents of food science and engineering specialty with high quality.
