摘要 目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白和血脂水平变化在冠心病的疾病发生和发展中的价值.方法:选取90例确诊为冠心病的住院患者、同期健康体检者分别作为研究组和对照组,研究组又分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)、急性心肌梗死(AMI)三组,各组均为30例.采集研究组和对照组的血液标本进行超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C的检测,获取相关数据进行分析.结果:究组患者的hs-CRP、TG、TC、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C均明显高于对照组,HDL-C明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);与SAP组比较,UAP组hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C增高,HDL-C下降.与UAP组和SAP组比较,AMI组hs-CRP、TC、LDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C明显增高,HDL-C明显下降,所有组别比较时差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05),各组中TG比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:超敏C反应蛋白和血脂水平变化和冠心病的发生、发展密切相关,可以作为预防和判断冠心病病情的常规指标. Objective To explore the value of changes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and blood lipid levels in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. Methods Ninety hospitalized patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease and health examinees in the same period were selected as study group and control group. The study group was divided into three groups: stable angina pectoris (SAP), unstable angina pectoris (UAP), acute myocardial infarction (AMI), each group had 30 cases. The blood samples of the study group and the control group were collected for the detection of hs-CRP, TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C, and the related data were analyzed. Results hs-CRP, TG, TC, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while HDL-C wassignificantly lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Compared with SAP group, hs-CRP, TC, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C and HDL-C in the UAP group increased, while HDL-C decreased. Compared with UAP group and SAP group, hs-CRP, TC, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C in AMI group increased significantly, while HDL-C decreased signifi-cantly. There was significant difference in all groups (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in TG between each group (P > 0.05). Conclusion The changes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and blood lipid levels are closely related to the occur-rence and development of coronary heart disease, and can be used as routine indicators to prevent and judge the condition of coronary heart disease.
