摘要
成果导向教育(Outcome Based Education,简称OBE)理念是以预期学习产出为中心来组织、实施和评价教育的教育思想,建环类专业作为学科知识交叉明显的实践型专业,以执业能力与成果作为产出为导向开展人才培养模式研究,是应用型地方高校特色专业建设、内涵式发展的有力支撑.文章从建环类专业执业型人才培养的基本原则出发,从人才培养的全过程给出了执业型人才培养模式的具体构建措施,并对该模式的具体运行进行实践探索,为地方高校相关专业执业型特色人才培养模式建立提供理论与实践参考.
Outcome Based Education (OBE) is an educational idea that organizes, implements and evaluates education with expected learning output as the center. As a practical specialty with obvious interdisciplinary knowledge, the construction of environmental specialty is a practical specialty, and the development of talent cultivation mode is guided by practicing ability and achievement. It is a characteristic specialty construction and connotation development of applied local colleges and universities, and the strong support of the exhibition. Starting from the basic principles of the training of professional talents in the construction and environment specialty, this paper gives the concrete construction measures of the training mode of professional talents from the whole process of the training, and explores the specific operation of the mode, providing theoretical and practical reference for the establishment of the training mode of professional and Characteristic talents in local colleges and universities.
