汉语国际教育本科专业海外实习模式的建构及监管

摘要 随着海外"汉语热"的持续升温,越来越多的国家在中小学开设汉语课,许多高校汉语国际教育本科专业开展了海外的教学实习项目,海外实习的好处不言自明,但在管理中存在诸多问题也是显而易见,因此建立有效的海外实习的质量监控非常有必要.本文旨在探讨在汉教专业的海外实习中,如何构建更有效、更加合理的实习模式,并在大量实践的基础上,提出了加强培训的针对性和预见性、建立督导制、明确评价标准和广开信息渠道等管理策略. With the continuous warming of overseas "Chinese fever", more and more countries offer Chinese courses in pri-mary and secondary schools. Many universities have launched overseas teaching practice projects for undergraduate majors of Chinese international education. The benefits of overseas practice are self-evident, but there are many problems in manage-ment. Therefore, it is necessary to establish effective quality control of overseas practice. The purpose of this paper is to explore how to construct a more effective and reasonable practice mode in the overseas practice of Chinese teaching specialty. On the basis of a large number of practices, this paper puts forward some management strategies, such as strengthening the pertinence and foresight of training, establishing supervision system, defining evaluation criteria and widening information channels.
