摘要
基于西餐烹饪专业"实景实岗"教学模式,结合学生学情和专业培养要求,以强化学生的视听能力为要点,着力探索西烹英语校本教材视听内容的开发,从而更好达成"西餐烹饪英语"课程的教学目标.
Based on the teaching mode of "real-life job" for western cuisine specialty, combined with students' learning con-ditions and professional training requirements, and with the emphasis on strengthening students' audio-visual ability, this paper focuses on exploring the development of audio-visual content of school-based teaching materials for western cuisine English, so as to better achieve the teaching objectives of the course "Western Cuisine English".
