摘要
"小组工作"作为社会工作专业最为基础和重要的三大课程之一,是每位社会工作专业学生必修的课程,该课程在教学过程中着重体现对学生实践能力的要求.参与式教学法以具体的课程实践为载体,促进学生在专业知识、价值理念及情感态度等方面的有效参与,通过师生之间的有效互动,提升学生的专业技能及综合素质;社会工作专业教学研究强调实务性,通过参与式教学与社会工作基本理念、内在价值、实务技巧的整合,补充现代教育中对于主体性的体系构建,从而促进"小组工作"教学过程体现出本土化特色.
Group Work, as one of the three most basic and important courses for social work majors, is a compulsory course for every social work majors. It emphasizes the requirement of students' practical ability in the teaching process. Participatory teaching method takes specific curriculum practice as the carrier, promotes students' effective participation in professional knowledge, value concept and emotional attitude, and promotes students' professional skills and comprehensive quality through effective interaction between teachers and students. Social work teaching research emphasizes practicality, and social work basic concepts, intrinsic values and practical skills through participatory teaching. Integrating and supplementing the system construction of subjectivity in modem education can promote the teaching process of Group Work to reflect the character? istics of localization.
