近几年来,随着精准扶贫工作的有效实施,农村地区贫困人口的贫困问题得到了一定程度的解决,为全面建成小康社会的建成工作提供了很大的助力.但随着扶贫工作的不断展开,城乡一体化建设的不断加快,扶贫工作在政策方面提出了更高的要求.依法扶贫,推进精准扶贫的法治化建设,确保精准扶贫工作的每一步进行都贴紧法律法规的要求,成为扶贫工作继续进行的重要目标.本文作者在探究精准扶贫政策法治化建设的重要意义后,对精准扶贫的法治化建设过程提出自己的拙见和想法,希望为精准扶贫工作起到一定的完善作用.

In recent years, with the effective implementation of the precise poverty alleviation work, the poverty problem of the poor in rural areas has been solved to a certain extent, which has greatly helped to build a well-off society in an all-round way. However, with the continuous development of poverty alleviation and the acceleration of urban-rural integration, the work of poverty alleviation has put forward higher requirements in policy. Poverty alleviation according to law, promoting the legal-ization of precise poverty alleviation, and ensuring that every step of precise poverty alleviation work is closely related to the requirements of laws and regulations, have become an important goal for the continuation of poverty alleviation work. After exploring the significance of the legalization construction of precise poverty alleviation policy, the author puts forward his own humble opinions and ideas on the legalization construction process of precise poverty alleviation, hoping to play a perfect role in precise poverty alleviation work.
