乡村寄宿制小学课后服务的问题和对策研究——以江苏省淮安市D小学为例

随着经济的不断发展,人们的生活节奏不断加快,家庭结构发生了变革,三口、四口之家十分普遍,基础教育也在不断改革,在城市小学生课后服务的需求日益旺盛,社会呼吁强烈的同时,乡村小学也面临课后服务管理的难题,本文运用问卷调查和访谈法,对D小学进行调查,总结了其课后服务管理存在的问题,针对问题也提出了一些建设性策略.

With the continuous development of economy, the accelerating pace of life, people have taken place in the family structure change, three, a family of four is very common, basic education is in the reform, the increasingly strong demand in urban elementary school students after-school service, society calls for strong at the same time, rural primary school also faces the problem of after-school service management, this paper uses questionnaire and interview method, investigating D primary school, summarizes the problems existing in the service management after class, in view of the problem is also put forward some constructive strategies.
