中职商务类学生职业能力培养策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Business Students’ Professional Ability Training in Secondary Vocational Schools

对于中职商务类的学生来说,职业能力是是教育目标的重要指向.本文从解析中职商务类学生的职业能力的涵义入手,通过职业技能大赛、职业资格认定、模拟公司综合实训、校外实习等方面来阐述中职商务类专业在培养学生的职业能力方面应有的几个策略,实现职业教育为企业培养第一线的实用型人才的教育目标.

For business students in secondary vocational schools, vocational ability is an important direction of educational objectives. Starting with the analysis of the connotation of vocational competence of business students in secondary vocational schools, this paper elaborates several strategies that business students in secondary vocational schools should adopt in cultiv-ating their vocational competence through professional skills contest, professional qualification identification, simulation com-pany comprehensive training and off-campus practice, so as to realize the educational goal of vocational education for enter-prises to cultivate practical talents in the front line.
