摘要
研究终身学习者的构成及其学习需求是开展终身教育活动、进行终身教育制度设计以及推动终身教育发展的基础.本文拟在简要分析终身教育以及终身学习涵义的基础上,分析我国终身学习者的构成及其学习需求,为终身教育活动的开展、终身教育制度的设计等提供参考.
The research on the composition of lifelong learners and their learning needs is the basis for carrying out lifelong education activities, designing lifelong education system and promoting the development of lifelong education. On the basis of a brief analysis of the meaning of lifelong education and lifelong learning, this paper intends to analyze the composition and learning needs of lifelong learners in China, so as to provide reference for the development of lifelong education activities and the design of lifelong education system.
