摘要
采用成组技术对工艺装备进行了设计研究,分析了成组技术在工艺装备中应用的重要性.从工艺装备的成组化分类及编码,成组工艺装备的设计原则,数据库的建立,以及成组技术在工艺装备中应用的经济性分析等方面进行了研究.通过分析成组技术在车床夹具、加工中心夹具及某系列齿壳体夹具中的应用,说明成组技术在工艺装备中的应用可节约工装费用,缩短新品研制周期和机床换产调整时间,提高工作效率和产品质量.
Taking group technology ideas as the background,this paper introduces the application and research of technology and equipment grouping technology, and analyzes the significance of group technology in process equipment. It mainly expounds the classification and coding of the grouped equipment, the design principles of group technology and equipment, the establishment of the database, and the economic analysis of the application of group technology in the process equipment. Through the research on the application of group technology in lathe fixture, machining center fixture and fixture of a tooth shell, it is proved that the application of group technology in process equipment can save the tooling cost, shorten the development cycle of new product, reduce the adjustment time of machine tool change, and improve work efficiency and product quality. The study also provides technical support and material basis for the many varieties, small batch production automation.
